About Me
- Isla
- I have been happily married to my college sweetheart-James-since March 2003. He is a mechanical engineer at Syntron in Saltillo. We have two wonderful November babies: I went into labor with James 'Jake' William on Thanksgiving Day 2005 and Marion 'Mari' Ruth was born twenty-five minutes before Jake's second birthday in 2007. I finished my masters degree in May 2006 and took a break to play Mommy before starting my Ph.D. in the Fall of 2008. We completed our family with baby surprise Alice "Ali" Anne in February 2010.

Thanks Carlie! She is much better, we got to come home Wednesday evening and she was well enough to take a trip to the zoo that Saturday. I have just been so busy trying to catch up with work and school that I haven't had time to post pictures from the zoo yet!
