We ate lunch and played at the playground before we left.
We were glad to see the elephants back on exhibit. We have missed seeing them the past several times we were there.
Jake had a speech and language evaluation at the Boling Center at the UT Memphis in July. We have not been to the zoo since Ali was born as she is still so little and it is so hot. We got done by 9:30 and so we decided to go for an hour or so until the heat got unbearable and then headed to see James' sister Cheri. Officially this was Ali's first trip to the zoo! The last time we went, was her due date exactly one week before her birth. As you can see from the pictures, we had a lot of fun!
