Jake and Mari were excited to see their Daddy in the birthday hat! Mari insisted that we have birthday cake and ice cream so I baked a red velvet cake for him and decorated it with homemade cream cheese icing as it is the only kind of cake he really likes (aside from cheesecake). James and I are now the same age until my birthday in mid July.
