Jake helped us make 80 brownies for the Block Party at church, then we had to bathe them to get all the chocolate off (well we just threw Mari in for good measure-she was and is chocolate free)

Mari was very excited when Nana and Papoo showed up.
Jake ate the candy corn that they were using to decorate the tables and Mari was trying to eat her hand.
Above Mari shares a cuddle with Papoo (my dad) while Jake shares his ice cream with me.
Jake referred to this bench as "Jake's Seat", however he did let Corinne sit with him and he was very generous with his ice cream!
Corinne Pace is the little girl sitting across from Jake. She is 14 months old and she and Mari play in the nursery together (and once last week at Mothers Day Out).

Jake sat still long enough to get his face painted. He saw Corinne's pumpkin and said he wanted one- so that is what he got.
